Pheasant Recipes
The below pheasant meat recipes come to us from all over. Some are from customers, some from friends, and some from our own research; some braise pheasant, some roast pheasant, some grill pheasant, some pan sear pheasant and one even has you put a can inside the pheasant to make 'beer butt pheasant'. We ran a pheasant recipe contest on our Facebook page in 2009 and these recipes can be found here as well. Though we here at MacFarlane Pheasants may not have tried all these, we believe these are well enough written out that you will find them useful and tasty.
