WWII Pheasant Canteed, Pheasant Sandwiches/Pheasant Salad

Ingredients
- 3 Cups pheasant Cooked and chopped finely
- 2 Hard Cooked Eggs Chopped finely
- 2 Carrots Grated
- 1/2 Medium Onion Chopped finely
- 1/2 Cup Celery Chopped finely
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing To blend nicely
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Add dressing to taste, chill.
- Spread on sandwich bread.
