  • 3 Cups pheasant Cooked and chopped finely
  • 2 Hard Cooked Eggs Chopped finely
  • 2 Carrots Grated
  • 1/2 Medium Onion Chopped finely
  • 1/2 Cup Celery Chopped finely
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing To blend nicely

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Add dressing to taste, chill.
  • Spread on sandwich bread.
