Orders received Monday-Wednesday by 11 a.m. CST are shipped same day, unless specified otherwise or shipping method requested prevents timely delivery. Orders received on Thursday by 11a.m. CST with overnight shipping requested are shipped the same day. All orders received Thursday-Sunday are shipped on the next shipping day unless a specific ship date is requested. Shipping days are determinded by the service you select:
- Overnight: Ships Monday – Thursday
- Two-Day: Ships Monday – Wednesday
- Three-Day: Ships Monday or Tuesday

Orders must be placed by 12 p.m. CST, on Tuesday November 15 for 2-day shipping or Tuesday, November 22 to ship overnight.
Orders placed on 12-21 must select Second Day Air to have delivery guaranteed by Christmas Eve. Orders placed on 12-22 or 12-23 will be guaranteed by Christmas Eve with next day shipping.
During extreme hot weather (especially during June through mid September) shipping via these methods is recommended:
- Ground (With 2-Day Delivery)
We are unable to ship via UPS 3-Day Select. If you choose this method, it will be necessary to upgrade the shipping to a faster method, or cancel the order.
All of our food products are shipped in insulated containers with dry ice and gel ice packs. The package is marked ‘PERISHABLE” and scheduled to arrive within two days of shipment. Meat should be refrigerated or placed in a freezer immediately upon receipt.
Shipping address information
All shipments require a street or physical address, P.O. Boxes and APO addresses will not be accepted. Apartment numbers must be included on orders, if left off an additional $15 fee for address correction may be incurred. A signature is not required for delivery, but if the recipient will not be at home we suggest that you have someone watch for the delivery.
If you would like your order dropped off in a specific location (i.e. leave in garage or deliver to side door) please include this information in the notes of your order. Another option is to leave a note on your door with instructions for the delivery driver.
Deliveries to apartment complexes may require packages to be left with a main office or supervisor. Please make arrangements for these situations in advance to avoid delays in delivery or additional shipping charges.
Please confirm the recipient zip code before placing your order. We are not responsible for product spoilage if an incorrect zip code was provided. An additional charge of $15 per address correction will be added to your credit card for each zip code correction.
All meat products are shipped frozen, in an insulated container with dry ice and gel packs.
Please note, dry ice evaporates within 24 hours. Shipping delays may cause your package to arrive without intact dry ice.
If your order includes both food products and non-food items such as books, shirts, hats, etc., additional shipping charges may apply and you will be informed in advance if this is the case.
We reserve the right to substitute a similar product in the event that a requested item is out of stock; please make a note in the available ‘note’ section if you wish to be called before substitutions are made. If there is a problem, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by calling 800-345-8348. If you fail to contact us within 48 hours, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.
If you receive the incorrect product (not as a substitution), it is the responsibility of the recipient to notify us within 48 hours by calling 800-345-8348. For a refund or exchange, the incorrect product must be shipped back to us in the same container with gel packs included within 24 hours via 2-day or overnight service.
We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe to be fraudulent or unfounded. Records will be kept on all product replacement and refund claims.
