You Just Cannot Go Wrong With Pheasant Pizza!

After you try this pizza recipe from our free online cookbook, I’m sure your mind will begin spinning even more ways to create a delicious pizza using MacFarlane Pheasant.


BBQ Pheasant & Gouda Pizza

1 (12) inch pre-baked pizza crust

1 cup spicy barbecue sauce

2 skinless boneless pheasant breast halves, cooked and cubed

1/2 cup cilantro

1 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers

1 cup chopped red onion

2 cups shredded smokey gouda cheese*

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place pizza crust on a medium baking sheet. Spread the crust with barbecue sauce. Top with pheasant,cilantro, pepperoncini peppers, onion and cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

*You can substitute smoked pheasant for regular pheasant and switch over to traditional gouda cheese.
