Baked Pheasant with Peaches

8pheasant breast halves

1cup packed light brown sugar

4fresh peaches - diced

1/8teaspoon ground ginger

1/8teaspoon ground cloves

2tablespoons fresh lemon juice

 

DIRECTIONS:

Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Placepheasant breasts in baking dish, sprinkle with ½ cup of brown sugar. Placepeaches over pheasant then sprinkle with remaining ½ cup brown sugar, ginger,cloves, and lemon juice. Bake approximately 30 minutes, basting with juicesoften. Prepare Rustic Meadow rice as directed on box. Serve pheasant over rice.
