Slow Cooked Elk Roast
Prep Time: 20-30 minutes
Cook Time: 8-10 hours
Ingredients:
3 - 4 lb elk roast
2 T soy sauce
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 t garlic powder
1/2 t seasoned salt
1 pkg onion soup mix or 1 slice onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
Cooking Instructions:
Place elk roast in crock pot. Pour soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce on roast. Sprinkle on garlic powder, seasoned salt, and dry onion soup mix. Mix mushroom soup and water and pour on top. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
