I love pheasant but I don’t always want to cook. Is there anyone else out there with the same thought? The first time I tasted pheasant it was served with crackers, fruit, and cheese. The pheasant was hickory smoked pheasant served with two types of dip-mustard and a horseradish sauce. I couldn’t stop going back for the pheasant. The taste was so unique and flavorful. I asked my hostess how she had prepared the pheasant, thinking it must be a complicated endeavor.
